The CfAO will make your hotel reservations after you return your "Hotel Registration" form.
AIR TRAVEL:
Workshop participants coming from the U.S. Mainland should book flights to
the Kahului Airport (OGG), on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION ON MAUI:
The Maui Prince Resort is approximately 45 minutes (18 miles) from the
Kahului Airport.
Participants can
take a shuttle to the hotel.
The SpeediShuttle and Kapalua Executive Transportation Service both offer
shuttle rides to/from Kahului Airport in Maui. You can make your reservations
online before you depart. Try to reserve a shuttle ride with another participant to lower the cost of the ride.
